Famous Last Words — Go!

Day 2304: TGIF!!! Thank God I’m Forgiven  —  never should get old! (I’m hearing that ads and/or videos appear on this – I just upgraded to get rid of them!!!)

Scripture: And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Matthew 28:18-20

Thoughts/questions: Go – a simple word meaning ‘leave, depart, or move.’ So which of these is appropriate in your situation, as Jesus’ meaning when He stated this is quite clear?

Leave? Leave your comfort zone? Leave pride behind?

Depart? Depart from the sin that grips you? Depart and do something new?

Move? Move physically to go on a missions trip like the Jesus film? Move to your checkbook and support a missionary?

Yes, we are to GO! Do you need to leave? depart? or move? If so, GO!!!

Suggested Prayer: Dear Jesus, help me to have the courage to go . . .
